1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment or incorrect transaction.  
  • Payment made but service/product not delivered within the specified time.
  • Technical issues causing failure in service delivery. 
  • Cancellation within the allowed period (as per our cancellation policy).  

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided under these circumstances:

  • If the service/product has already been delivered.
  • If the refund request is made after [7] days of the transaction.
  • If the issue is due to incorrect details provided by the user.  
  •  Digital or downloadable products once accessed.  

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at  brainsttudioglobal@gmail.com with your order details, transaction ID, and reason for the refund.

  • We will verify your request and respond within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.
  • Contact your bank or Razor pay, as processing times may vary.
